Pre cast sections for Hotels

We have developed precast modular units to speed up building times and increase accuracy.

These are very cost effective and the direct saving on the build time is significant.

The application can be varied from ceiling detail too vanities in any environment as it is waterproof.

New Designs

We are about to launch a brand new range of basins.

The designs are fresh and we hope to continue to fill niches in the the South African market.

Corner basins; new Butler Basins (Ceramic); small wall mounted basins; square under-slung basins and funky Hairdresser basins are just a few of the up-coming stars.

We have also secured the agency on an amazing range of Stainless Steel Taps.

Coal Fired economy

South Africa is a mining based economy.

While government mutters about selling unprocessed minerals....

No one has realized that coal fired power plants not only processes a resource...

But fuels the processing of many of our raw materials.

Make electricity too expensive and the jobs will go where there is cheap electricity.

Some where that does not care for the environment.

So make affordable electricity with the a strong focus on not damaging the environment.

Designing for the environment

Local is Lekker

The same old story.

The clever yet unwise client has a problem... 12 of the vanity units and 7 basins they purchased from a Chinese importer have broken and the only way out is to air freight them are a huge cost.

Local manufacturing is the economic key to survival

At Rossco we believe that the local manufacturing industry is the key to saving South Africa’s economy.

Each local product purchased circulates cash back within our economy, not to mention the jobs created and reducing the trade deficit.

CNC Milling and ceramics

CNC milling has been successfully used in most manufacturing sectors that are involved casting or moulding.
There are many advantages especially in the development of the CAD file that demand a refined and well considered design.
For some reason (most probably the cost and skill) ceramics has rarely benefitted from this technology.
Only the high volume pressure cast moulds made for our large sanitary ware factories employ this technology.
They don't or can't complete this process locally and thus all this process is completed oversees.
